Mark was very helpful in selling my property. Especially since I was an absentee owner who did not live in the area. I was able to sign necessary documents with “esign” so that I didn’t have to travel 3+ hours every time my signature or approval was required.
He was also helpful and prompt in negotiating with local companies in coordinating necessary repairs required for the sale of the property.
